Baloch Group claims the attack! Convoy of Chinese engineers attacked by insurgents in Pakistan’s Balochistan: Two terrorists killed in encounter

On Sunday, a group of armed rebels attacked a convoy of Chinese engineers in Pakistan’s Balochistan province. Local news sources report that Pakistani security forces opened fire, resulting in the death of two terrorists.

During the attack on Fakir Bridge in Gwadar, where engineers were working for a Chinese construction company, two Pakistani security personnel were also injured. The other terrorists involved in the attack managed to escape, but were reportedly injured. At present, the security forces are conducting an operation to clear the area and firing is on.

Stay inside your homes, advise Chinese officials

A group called the Baloch Liberation Army – Majeed Brigade has said it was behind today’s attack. According to reports, Chinese officials at consulates in Pakistan have asked Chinese citizens in Balochistan and Sindh to stay indoors until further instructions.
